The Real Flyer Queen Website includes event flyers, brochures, posters, packages, advertisement products, business cards, t-shirts, and other marketing collateral for profit or non-profit purposes.

Within 7 business days of receiving your personal/company information TRFQ will create a design concept for your project. Design preview will be submitted for your review via E-mail/text/Facebook message unless otherwise negotiated. A personalized proposal will be submitted to the client that includes details on how many revisions will be included for the estimated cost if needed. Total project fees may be negotiated in lieu of a design cover fee & extra charged upon request if needed.

In return for Digital design & printing services, the client agrees to pay the total fee payable all in one payment. If printed A 50% deposit is required before any prints begin and the remaining payment when final prints is approved ONLY If it’s 50 or more print order before it’s delivered. The client understands that the final project belongs to TRFQ even if paid in full. In the event of termination of this Agreement, TRFQ owns the artwork if not payed for and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the flyer design (not including business names , information & pictures). Furthermore, The client understands that once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use the design in all media useful for business & personal promotion and that TRFQ reserves the right to display the design for their own promotional use.

Me and the client both have full ownership of the final design for the use in any media application that is beneficial to the business. TRFQ retains the right to use the final design, or any versions of the design created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also gives TRFQ permission to use client’s name, business address and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on her website, or other business related media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the design (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademark (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm).

OTRFQ affirms that all designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement. Same templates will be provided & sold but the information on each product can not be the same.

Illness, injury, or other events beyond TRFQ control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and any other acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length. It is TRFQ responsibility to have 100% communication with every client when a delay may occur.

The client has the right to terminate this Agreement if, TRFQ fails to complete the design by any deadline that has been submitted and agreed upon in writing. If agreement is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver within agreed-upon timeframe, TRFQ shall retain the deposit.

TRFQ does not warrant that the functions supplied by design(s), consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the design is with me. In no event will the quality be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the printing services, reproduction of, or appearance of the artwork, even if TRFQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
